Oh dear. No blogging posts for 8 weeks. Lots going on, ( not on the monumental scale that is the Euro-crisis...we're all doomed 'Captain Mannering'!) just very busy with jewellery/family life etc. Here's the round-up then...List please!
Sat.22nd October-Sat.29th October
Half term, and family went to Norfolk with nanny Kath and Dave. Amazed how beautiful it was, stunning beaches...we saw huge lolloping seals at Brancaster Staithe, and ate superb wood-oven Pizzas at The Jolly Sailor pub also based at Brancaster. the weather was stunning, even the kids were well behaved and managed a walk or Two.
Sat.29th October
Husband's Birthday. Went to lovely Lynne and David for combo. party for him and Halloween. Wore a giant spider hat type adornment.
Fri.11th-Sunday 13th November
Wonderful Brighton and weekend away with my sisters. Whilst at Moroccan restaurant and watching the cheeky belly-dancer, Lucy was talking about her planned but hectic to organise wedding next year, when Emma blurted out she was going to get married but in a secret location and refused to give us the date! We had to swear we wouldn't mention it to anyone including Mum. Thought it was a bit harsh, but then she pointed out Mum and Nigel's secret wedding in Barnet last year. We then downed a few 'Spanked Pink' cocktails in a hotel bar, and somehow bought a kitch glass bear with a crown for the 'tacky corner' raffle. Should'ave gone onto a cabaret night, but ended up-stairs with a bottle of Tattinger and watching X-Factor. we sort of crashed!( If you fancy reading about my Mum and Nigel's wedding, please scroll down and click the link.)
Sat.26th November
At Queens legendary quiz night when I get photo above sent via phone with message 'Haven't told Mum yet. Will speak to her tomorrow, so please don't mention or put on Facebook.' As Jess would say...LOL!!
Sun.11th December
Went to Christine Moham's surprise 50th lunch party with Joseph at Police Met. club. Excellent fun. A few years and it will be mine!
